Professional Demonstrators
The club arranges for professional demonstrators to come to the club for demonstration days, which normally take place on a Saturday immediately after a club night on the Friday (there are exceptions). Check the Events Calendar page for the current schedule.

Saturday, 10th January 2026: Nathan Savory

Nathan visited the club and did demonstrations of turning a spinning top and base for the spinning top. Nathan then turned a lidded box with felt lining. The day was rounded off with a session on photography and the considerations for photography your turned work.
